Talent Acquisition – COE Leads-Mumbai/Noida- for a Global Electrical and Digital building Infrastructures Organisation.
Role Summary
To Lead the Talent Acquisition strategy for the Group in India, across multiple brand entities – by driving TA deliverables for the business as well as spearheading existing/new initiatives. It’s a CoE head role with managerial responsibility and reports into the Chief HR Officer of the Group in India.
Roles and Responsibilities
Define and implement the Talent Acquisition strategy for the entities in India across all levels ,Partner with Corporate, Sales, Functional and Operations heads closely to understand business requirements and the manpower & recruitment agenda
Drive best in class TA systems & processes within the TA CoE with a focus on ‘candidate experience’ – application process, interview process, TAT, quality of hire, new hire induction, etc. Continuously monitor and improve the TA process, tools & systems and drive efficiency and productivity through digitization
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-conventional and/or diverse talent pools. Develop a strong Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) hiring strategy across the organization, Own and drive campus hiring/campus relationship management for the organization
Define & develop an Employer Branding strategy to make the Group an Employer of choice; build Group presence as an employer brand on social media.
