Search Methodology

STEP 1

Understanding the Client Organization and their requirements
With regard to existing business activities, structure & culture and future growth plans of the client Organization.

STEP 2

Mapping position and specific competencies
Including Job title, deliverables, principal accountabilities, Key Result Areas (KRAs)and other relevant details.

STEP 3

Search Target plan 
Keeping in mind the orientation, our Team establishes a search strategy to effectively target desired candidates using the active resumes and referrals.

STEP 3.1

Industry/Company – Mapping
Developing a target list of appropriate Industries and/or Companies from where to recruit and identify appropriate levels within those companies that we should target.

STEP 3.2

People Mapping
Once the target Industry/Company list is agreed upon, we utilize our sources and networks along with our database to develop an initial candidate list.

Evaluation
Once we have determined a mutual interest in pursuing specific candidates, we contact them, appraise them of the opportunity and elicit their interest in the position. We proceed further to evaluate them with the aim of determining a profile match with the job and understand the suitability & interest of candidates. In addition to personal interviews, we may use Psychometric Assessment tools such as Thomas Profiling.

STEP 6

Interviews
For the most appropriate candidates, we prepare a detailed résumé and evaluation summary to facilitate the interviewing process. On receiving feedback from the candidates and client on the meetings, we work along with client to draw up a final shortlist.

STEP 7

Reference check 
We conduct detailed references on the candidate the Clients wish to hire. If require, we conduct a background check through appropriate agencies.
