Client: Our Pune Insurance Major  European Global client

Overall Objectives of Job:
Administration and support of the Compensation Management module in Global SuccessFactors platform.
client team supports SuccessFactors platform which has the Performance Management, Compensation Management, Employee Central and Learning Management modules.

Duties and Responsibilities
This position involves:
Configurations in the SuccessFactors Compensation Management module.
Incident/Service Request management, Coordination with AMOS SE team, Group HR and the OE teams

Technical and Functional Skills

• Must have at least 1 years’ experience in SuccessFactors Compensation Management module.
• Must be B.Tech/BE/MCA graduate with over 70% aggregate in graduation/post-graduation.
• Must have good communication skills and command over English language.
• High flexibility and willingness to deal with complex / multiple needs.
• Very independent, responsible and careful way of working
• Strong commitment, initiative and exceptional strength
• Cultural sensitivity in order to fit into a multinational project setup
