GPAM Operations (Global Privileged Access Management)
Job Summary
2nd level support for Privileged Access Management
Major Responsibilities
• Providing Windows Administration and Operations Support for Windows based Security Applications (GPAM)
• Act as a single point of contact for all Windows based GPAM Applications requests (Level 2* requests)
• Liaise closely with level 3 support and service management in Munich
• Monitor and manage smooth execution of Windows based GPAM Applications
(Provide Level 2 Support to users/customers)
• Resolving all service requests, incidents and problems (Level 2) related to Windows based GPAM Applications in time with expected quality
• Manages configuration and administration of Windows based GPAM Applications
• Documenting all issues in the ticketing tool, knowledge transfer sessions and issue resolution approaches
• Resolves Firewall and routing issues along with the responsible teams
• Administrate the GPAM Active Directory Controllers
• Configure the Windows Clusters
• Consult other parties within Allianz in alignment with the existing security standards
* Level 2 resolves service disruptions as soon as possible without asking for support from software or hardware vendor. If level 2 is unable to resolve certain incidents, level 2 can hand them over to level 3.
• Troubleshooting and provide resolutions to issues and problems raised for Windows platforms and infrastructure
• Troubleshooting and provide resolutions to issues raised for performance of applications
• Provide maintenance of Windows Server
• Perform backup / restore tests, perform smoke tests
• Perform software installations including software version updates, updating of license keys and agents
• Schedule maintenance windows, clean-up and perform housekeeping Servers (logfiles, moving paging files, …)
• Monitor the server logging and server performance
• Resolve customer issues
• Act proactive and monitor the system
Experience
• At least 3+ yrs. as Windows administrator.
• Experienced in working with global delivery model for international clients.
• Skilled in Windows Server maintenance
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
• Advanced skills in Windows Server and Active Directory
• Basic skills in Network, Firewalls and UNIX-Based Operation Systems
• Application Administration on Windows Servers
• PowerShell knowledge
• Knowledge of SLA, incident-, problem, change process handling
Advanced Knowledge of the Product CyberArk
Other skills (Preferable technical skills /Soft skills)
• Working knowledge of Privileged Access Management products.
• Experience in large enterprise environment similar to Allianz is preferable..
