• Operations of Dell Quest 1 Identity Manager Environment
• Operations of IIS
• Basic operations of MS SQL DB
• 2nd level support of GIAM Dell Quest 1 Identity Manager Environment
• Incident handling

Major Responsibilities
Check of GIAM environment for availability and functionality.
Operations of Dell Quest 1 Identity Manager Environment
Operations of IIS
Basic operations of MS SQL DB
2nd level support of GIAM Dell Quest 1 Identity Manager Environment
Incident handling
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
• Administration of Windows servers
• Knowledge in DNS, TCP/IP, network technologies
• Knowledge in .NET
• Knowledge in MS-SQL (single and cluster configuration)
• Knowledge of incident-, problem, change process handling

Functional/Domain Knowledge (If required)
Experience on Dell1 IDM preferable or experience in any Identity Management tool.
