Deputy Manager – Business Development for a Leading Real Estate Company in South India Job Location: Hyderabad
JOB DESCRIPTION
Will play a key role in our marketing and sales activities in Hyderabad and rest of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh very aggressively.
Major responsibilities will be to :
1. Build a large base of retail investors both from your existing network/contacts as well as leads passed on by our company from time to time to whom you will have to market properties of top builders (apartments, plots & villas / rown houses) of not just Hyderabad but also the rest of Andhra & Telangana mainly.
2. While marketing properties in Andhra & Telangana is the main focus, you will also have to select key projects chosen by the company across various parts of North, West and South India to your above client base.
3. Will also be responsible for generating a steady stream of sales and enquiries for our company’s own developments in and around Amaravati & Vijayawada (apartments, plots & villas / own houses) as this is the next area of focus for both
investors in Andhra & Telangana as well as for our company.
4.Will have to assist the existing team in Hyderabad in their sales efforts which will involve relationship building with new and credible prospects, site visits, client presentations, participating in exhibitions by putting up stalls, etc.
SKILLS REQUIRED / CRITERIA :
:● Must be computer literate.
● Minimum experience of 4 to 6 years in marketing (experience with any industry is ok and not necessarily in real estate).
● Good communication skills & knowledge of English and Telugu (mandatory).
● Must have own 2 wheeler (fuel expenses will be reimbursed by company).
● Gender : Male Only
● Age : Between 30 to 45
Training and mentoring will be provided by company and hence you do NOT NEED TO HAVE prior experience of real estate industry.
SALARY : Rs.25,000 to Rs.30,000 per month based on skill set & experience (apart from salary, all expenses incurred by you on official work will be reimbursed by company).
