Human Resource & Administration Officer                                                                                                Location: Gurgaon

 

This is for Hyderabad location  for my client, (HQ Sweden) Who are leading global provider of information technologies that drive productivity and quality across geospatial and industrial enterprise applications. Our client provide mission-critical and business-critical solutions to governments and service providers for safer communities, better public services and more reliable infrastructure. It is a big plus if the candidate has  implemented   solutions for any  State government or Indian Goverment projects

OBJECTIVES / MAIN ACTIVITES

The primary responsibilities of the role will be:

 End to end recruitment to meet the resource needs of the business, including understanding scope, write position descriptions, writing and posting ads, screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, facilitate pre-employment due diligence and drafting employment agreements

 Contract management and negotiations with recruitment agencies

 Support and facilitate induction/on-boarding of new team members to ensure they have a great Hexagon experience

 Manage the immigration and visa process for team members

 Share knowledge and information on compliance with local labour laws and regulations

 Provide advice, guidance and counsel on a variety of HR issues, policies, legislation and employee relations

 Maintain all employee records, including hard copy and electronic personnel files

 Assist with developing and reviewing HR policies, procedures, guidelines and initiatives

 Organising team events and meetings as required

 Create and drive a positive culture within the employee group

 Provide support and assistance with projects as required

 Coordinate and organise travel as required, including booking flights and hotels

 Respond to all enquiries in a timely and professional manner

 Ad hoc duties as required

 Enable the sales process by providing administrative support where required

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

 At least 4+ years’ working experience in a professional work environment

 Demonstrated ability to learn things quickly and juggle a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced and ever changing environment

 Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a professional work environment  Demonstrated experience with recruitment

 Exceptionally organised and excellent time management

 Demonstrate understanding of local regulatory policies and procedures

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

 Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written

 Outstanding attention to detail and complete their work accurately and within set deadlines  Exceptionally organised, with the ability to plan, prioritise and demonstrate flexibility to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

 A willingness to learn new things and have a go

 Savvy computer knowledge and skills
