Project Manager (Information Technology)

Our leading Swedish  client who is Leading global provider of information technologies that drive productivity and quality across geospatial and industrial enterprise applications

Project Manager (Information Technology)                                            Location: Hyderabad      Compensation: 20lpa

 

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Develop and Manage Implementation/ Development/ Consulting Project Plans to meet contractual commitments including time frame, quality and cost dimensions.  Project managers are required to: o Create and manage schedules for delivery of resources

Implement and use quality management processes  Actively manage project scope, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE •

Proficient in SDLC • Experience in development projects utilising Waterfall and Agile methodologies  • At least 5 to 8years of experience in the tools, knowledge and techniques for managing projects , risks, issues, dependencies, work breakdown structures, project planning and resource management.

• At least 5 to 8 years of experience in managing small to mid-size projects, new product development.

• At least 5 to 8 years of experience in planning, allocation, assigning, tracking and executing of small to mid-size projects, new product development. • Experience in managing team sizing 10 to 30 • Excellent communication skill (English and Hindi) • At least 5 to 8 years of experience in interacting with Clients • Organize, attend and respond Steering Committee Meetings, bother internal and external. • Preferably good knowledge in financial management of projects • Qualified PM with PMI Certification or Prince 2 desirable • Successful track record in Project Delivery on time, on budget and on spec quality • Sound understanding of the commercial impact of activity on Hexagon SI profitability • Demonstrable experience or appropriate qualifications to support contract negotiations • Qualifications in Business/IT/Engineering, and risk management • Demonstrable experience in Business Unit operational problem solving • Broad knowledge of the Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure business solutions.

SPECIFIC SKILLS / COMPETENCIES • Previous experience Implementing complex projects in a mission critical/high availability environment preferred. • Previous experience Project Managing complex projects in a Public Safety environment preferred. • Travel as required locally, Interstate and Overseas.
