The Key responsibilities of the Role are:
Develop a deep understanding of the industry, client businesses and their priorities.
Manage & develop relationship with key local & regional partners.
Develop India strategy for the potential partners (and beyond)
Identification of new partners within our core verticals (Public Safety /Smart Cities /Utilities & Communication)
Arrange regular training to premium partners on the Hexagon SI solutions.
Keep Partner and customer information up to date in salesforce.com through regular QBR meetings with partners.
Exceed partner expectations and contribute to a high-level partner satisfaction.
Produce monthly partner revenue report and provide insight into trends.
First line in partner support ensure best in class service to queries and requests.
Setup and run events to improve relationships with key partners
Share industry knowledge across all teams.
Collaborating with the wider international team to drive KPI’s which map to overarching global goals
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Bachelor degree is required (preferably in one of the following fields of study: Business, Marketing, Communications)
• At least 10+ years of experience in partner channel development, sales, business development, alliance management in the technology industry
• Deep knowledge, experience and understanding of the enterprise software channel environment (MSP, VAR, Advisory, Reseller, System Integrator, other)
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time
POSITION SPECIFIC SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Reports to the Country Manager Sales (India)
• Experience with B2B SaaS software partner programs
• Experience in partner / channel management, ideally within enterprise solutions, technology, SAAS.
• Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills
• Anility to grow a strategy and revenue across India
• Enterprise client experience in the above sectors.
• Strong business acumen, including knowledge of ROI and TCO principles
• Working knowledge of cloud business models
• Excellent communication skills
