Agile Development Platform Site Reliability Engineer, Location: Pune with Bachelor Degree,
Experience:Total 5-7 years of experience; min 5 years experience in the relevant domain(Level 3 and above)
Our Pune Insurance Major European Global client is creating a platform to offer developers end to end support for agile application development. This platform will offer a source repository, a continuous integration and development tool chain and an overarching monitoring infrastructure on base of a platform as a service infrastructure to enable agile delivery of customer focused applications. This new model of developing and operating IT services will be the the nucleus for future software development.
To support this a team will be build offering a 7 by 24 2nd and 3rd level support unit leveraging experienced and junior skills to build and develop the role of the “Site Reliability Engineer”.
The team will be implemented as part of the „Escalation Engineering & Service Quality Management“ team within „Data Center Services“. The team works close together with international Allianz operating and architectural units in a sense of consulting and supporting.
Major Responsibilities
• Play a key role in developing the agile development platform of Allianz
• 2nd and 3rd level support
• Support service reliability manager on operational and quality improvement tasks
• Support customer projects
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
• Product-development (cloudy foundry) in the Plan and Build phase of the PLM Process
• Evaluate, define and implement cloud foundry technology, features and options
• Testing and Internal-release of cloud foundry
• Perform project management for small internal and customer projects
• Failure analysis and resolving in complex environment
• Troubleshooting/Performance tuning in complex environments
• Work in progression projects and monitoring the latest releases

Experience with large enterprise environments
Good knowledge on performance tuning and Troubleshooting – ESX, OS, Webserver, Application Server
Good skills in underlying infrastructure components (network, vFiler, SVN etc.)
Project-lead experience for small projects
Good understanding and adherence to ITIL process like Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management etc.
Good English skills
