Home Loan Executive -Hyderabad for a  Leading  Real Estate Company in South India       Job Location: Hyderabad

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our clients are   PAN india Direct Selling Agents for HDFC, ICIC, Axis Bank and other leading home loan providers and we help our investors in getting a home loan through our office as a value added service.

 Provide this service, we have an in-house home loan team which will handle the entire process of applying for a loan on behalf of our customers and you will be a part of this team.

 Managing all home loan files of our clients which includes collecting documents from clients as per checklist provided by us, preparing the loan application file as per standard template and submitting the same to the bank and coordinating between client and bank until the loan is sanctioned and disbursed.

 Requires only communication skills as  will  be provided complete training for the  job. Need to have any previous experience in handling home loans.

 Will have to assist the existing home loan coordinators / executives at  other branches across India to process home loan files being sourced by them and which have to be processed in Hyderabad.

Must be an under-graduate or diploma holder with atleast 1 to 2 years of experience in document handling or administrative services. Experience in any industry is OK and not necessarily in real estate.

Main Responsibilities will be :

1. Handling complete documentation of home loans for our clients (training will be provided ).

2. Coordinating between our clients and the bank to get the file processed from start to finish.

3. Training will be provided while on the job.

Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

ii. Must have good communication skills and should be fluent in ENGLISH & TELUGU.

iii. Must have own 2 wheeler (fuel expenses will be re-imbursed by company)

iv. Gender: Male Only

Salary: Rs.18,000 to 20,000/- based on skill set & experience (all expenses for official purpose will be re-imbursed by company)
