Regional Bid Manager                           Location: Hyderabad                                                             Compensation: 14lpa

Job description 

Minimum of  5 years

The purpose of this role is to drive and co-ordinate preparation and submission of proposals and tender responses on behalf of APAC presales teams via the Bid Team based in India in order to ensure that bid responses across the region are conducted in a coordinated, efficient and professional manner, on time and with the expected level of quality.

MAIN TASKS

Ensuring the development and delivery of winning RFP/RFI responses and proactive proposals according to Sales process. He/she is involved in the complete process of preparing, submitting and clarifying a proposal.

Central point throughout the proposal process and ensures that all team members are engaged and focused on the pursuit’s objectives.  Management of the proposal process to develop compliant, creative, and client-centric proposals Management of alignment of all deliverables provided by different presales team members to ensure the proposal compliance to each tender requirement. He/she also participates in creation of persuasive documents in cooperation with extended core team members: Account Managers, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other functional groups.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills  Advanced reading comprehension skills (ability to read more than 100 pages of complex tender text in few hours and separate relevant from irrelevant information)  Listening skills  Presentation and meeting facilitation skills

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:University Degree / Diploma in Business/IT ,Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
