– Building Innovative talent practices and talent models that can complement and propel talent transformation aligned to the future ways of working
– Contributing to shape the larger talent strategy by designing and executing key initiatives across performance management, careers and org design
– Analysing, interpreting data and applying key insights to propose talent management ideas that can give an edge to attract and retain the best talent
– Partnering with the HR community and global functional teams, to implement programs with the global impact and leading and working in cross functional teams.

Strong conceptual and analytical skills with experience in Human Capital Consulting work connected to talent and Organisation and have worked in multinational environments
