Job Description:

Academic Background

A Post Graduate at a minimum with at least 12+ years of work experience with strong project management experience.

Experience & Skills
Payments industry experience, including knowledge of payments regulation and its impact on payment networks, acquirers and issuers
Experience of regulatory change management either within the business, operational excellence or compliance preferred
Track record for change management and delivery in complex and highly-matrixed organizations.

High intellectual curiosity & critical thinking with the ability to understand new concepts quickly, deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems

Strong relationship and collaboration skills with the ability to influence a broad group of stakeholders across the organization, at all levels.

Outstanding communicator with the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and effective manner, adapting communications based on the audience.

Strong project management skills essential

Candidates with over 12 years of experience with an MBA would be preferred
